My guarantee

My guarantee to you at Blissful Unique is simple: I promise to provide you with the highest quality baked goods using only the finest ingredients. I appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you specify the flavor and size of your baked goods, I guarantee that those specifications will be met. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know when you receive it. Please note, that once your order has been accepted, no refunds will be given.

Allergy Disclaimer

We understand the severity of food allergies and strive to provide accurate and transparent information about our products. We take every precaution necessary to prevent cross-contamination, but cannot completely rule out the possibility of allergens being present in our baked goods. If you have any concerns or questions about our ingredients or baking process, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with the information you need.

Refund Policy

Please note that I do not accept refunds or exchanges for orders that meet my quality standards when the cake has been picked up or delivered and accepted by you or another designated party. Additionally, I will only provide a refund for the cost of the order and will not be responsible for any additional costs or damages that may occur. Please understand that once the product leaves my possession, it becomes your responsibility. I cannot honor refund requests due to decorating style, color shade, or general decoration design. I understand that cake flavor and texture is subjective and may vary from person to person, but I stand by the quality of my products. Requested refunds due to the flavor or texture of the baked good after it has been accepted and picked up are at the sole discretion of Blissful Unique. I do consider issuing a store credit if the product is brought back to us and is determined not to meet our guaranteed standards within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that quality determination is solely at Blissful Unique's discretion, as I taste all of my products when I bake them to ensure the highest level of quality. Keep in mind, variety in temperature and humidity may impact flavor, texture or shape to some degree. Please understand I cannot control changes in texture or shape due to weather conditions. 

Care and Handling

I am not responsible for any damage to my goods after pick-up or delivery. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure environment for my goods. 

Deposits, Payments, Cancellation

All our online orders are final sales. I will not issue any refunds. I may issue a credit if your order is canceled within 2 days of ordering. If your order is canceled with less than 2 days' notice, I will not issue a refund. 

For orders with any modification: A deposit of 50% of the order is due at the time of the order confirmation from Blissful Unique. The remaining balance is due, when you pick up /get your order. All deposits are non-refundable. Also, I will not issue any credits for orders canceled within 5 days. For cancellations with more than 5 days, I may issue a credit for a future order, less the fair market value of the items that can't be reused.   

Delivery Terms

At Blissful Unique, we don't offer delivery options for our delicious baked goods. Our pick-up time will be determined 2 days prior to the pick-up day, to ensure that you can pick up your order fresh and on time. Please note that in the case of unavoidable occurrences, Blissful Unique cannot be held liable for more than the price of the baked goods in the order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Dispute Resolution

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") brought by either you or us (individually, a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiation commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
